Can We Achieve Sizzling Sex with Nutritional Supplements?
Supplements for Sex
Most of us in today's environment do not have the ability to reach the maximum level of health as we are exposed to a multitude of pollutants and contaminants every day. Unfortunately, our bodies are unable to expel these as quickly as they accumulate. Together with this, the majority of us do not eat the nutritionally balanced diet that is necessary for good health, let alone good sex.
Although research has been inconclusive regarding the full requirements of chemical elements and complex nutrients essential to achieve optimal functioning of each part of the human sexual system, they have discovered enough to enable the designing of a balanced food regime to produce peak physical fitness for maximum level sexuality.
The major fact that is encouraging is that regardless of the deterioration of an organ, gland or tissue, under active or toxic-laden tissue can be replaced with new tissue which is made from the right foods with exactly the right chemical elements. This is because constant chemical replacement takes place within the human body. Each of these organs, glands or tissues have a unique function in the body and therefore requires a unique set of chemical elements to maintain health and to work efficiently. This allows for the identification of specific nutrient requirements when a particular organ is ailing and a dietary regime can then take care of the problem. Numerous chemical elements are required by the body and they work together in different combinations.
In all instances of major sexual problems, both partners should seek advice from their medical practitioner.
Such sexual problems as impotence, sterility, sexual transmitted diseases and such diseases as AIDS are usually caused by external infectious bacteria and viruses. Other factors such as stress, depression and chemical pollutants such as alcohol, nicotine and other drugs may also be responsible for sexual problems and so these cannot be remedied by dietary changes or supplements for sex alone.

Lecithin:
Supplements for Sex
An extremely important nutrient for our love lives is Lecithin, and we must be sure that our systems have enough to function properly. This chemical makes up 80% of the sex fluid in men. The brain is about 20% lecithin and 13% cholesterol in both sexes, and these are both required by the endocrine glands. Lecithen is known to affect the sex center of the brain and the transmission of nerve messages regarding sexuality.
Although every cell of the body requires lecithin, in men, the brain and sexual system compete for this chemical, creating a see-saw effect when one is over-used. For example, overuse of the sexual system depletes brain lecithin resulting in reduced motivation, creativity, decision making capacity and ability to concentrate. In the reverse, overuse of the brain depletes lecithin of the sexual system.
Methods of supplementing your diet with Lecithin could include combining a tablespoon of codfish roe (or any other roe) with tomato juice in a blender. Lecithin can be mixed with any juice in a blender. Soy lecithin has a mild taste and many simply take a teaspoon or tablespoon at a time and let it dissolve in their mouths. Another good tonic with high levels of lecithin is a raw egg yolk in black cherry juice. This is wonderful for the reproductive system, nerves and brain.
Supplementing a well balanced, nutritional diet with additional nutrients such as lecithin, bee pollen, aloe vera, chlorella, chlorophyll, dulse and other seaweed, garlic, herbs, lactobacillus acidophilus, malva, royal jelly, wheat germ, raw seeds, nuts and sprouts and incorporating physical activity into your day, will all contribute to maintaining optimal health of the body's various systems and make great supplements for sex.

To apply externally, cut the leaves into chunks and mix in a blender. Apply to the skin or affected area full strength, however dilute with water if using as a douche or enema. Taken internally at this strength will cause diarrhea.
To make a tonic for internal use, the leaves (as before) then slice into thin slices. Place them in a glass jar immediately as you cut to avoid losing any gel. When all the leaves have been sliced, add distilled water to the top of the jar. Seal with lid and refrigerate overnight. Drink half a glass of liquid only the following morning and if preferred, mix with orange or grape juice. Drink half a glass with each meal.
